WP02 Diagnostics, FE: Laser identical to ID09 needs. Meeting with ID09, who visited the company recently in Lituania.
Synchronization of LAser, Gun and Storage ring to be assessed. not trivial.
SW Korean light source did it. Will ask about more details (ACTION)
JLR: post signal synchronization could be sufficient
FE: how to do it? what is the acceptable jitter?
PB: delays could be sufficient
BR: delays depend on the shot, must find a way to predict the delays
(ACTION) Meeting in 2 weeks on timing with PB, JLP, AdE FE, BR, SL, JLR.
FE: special synchronization for laser would cost 70kEuros. If needed. But we od not know if we need it.
BR: present 3GHz linac has zero synchronization with the rest of the accelerators

JLR BJoly is working on finding new storage spaces and remove shelfs from PINJ
a door is proposed at the begining of PINJ. A door in the middle of PINJ has been proposed, but does not seem to accomodate everyone.
FE laser does not need a clean room: UPDATE infrastructure document (ACTION)
PB a laminar flow room will be needed to assemble the RF waveguides components. We should look at mounting and installation procedures for Accelerating strucutres and waveguides. (ACTION)
JLR: justification needed for tests with undulators. Safety did not react on this topic, so it might be ok.
YG: many things to be moved from PINJ
JLR: BJoly is looking for space
WP07 JLP: will propose a control system data base and a linac control simulator to develop high level applications

WP10 GLB: evaluation of correction coils on quadrupoles instead of movers (ACTION)
QQ: mover may be are not needed.
In HEPS, thermoionic gun + bunche and subarmonic buncher provide small emittance. Could be a solution to look at.
