Invoicing
- Invoices will be issued to the legal entity (university, research institution or company) or individual indicated during the registration process.
- Payment must be made in Euros by credit card through the registration system (all bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant). Please note that invoices will be issued in Euros. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after successful registration. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the conference organizers at secretary@oim2.eu.
- The invoice will be issued using the billing information provided in the online registration form. Please ensure that all details are correct, including the institution/company name, billing address and, where applicable, the EU VAT identification number.
- French VAT (20%) is applicable to conference registration fees in accordance with the French General Tax Code and the European Union VAT Directive. Registration fees for conferences physically held in France are generally subject to French VAT, irrespective of the participant's country of establishment. The applicable VAT amount will be shown on the invoice. Participants requiring an invoice issued to a university, research institution or company should ensure that the correct legal entity name and VAT identification number (where applicable) are provided during registration.
Cancellation Policy
Symposium participants
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before November 15, 2026.
If a cancellation is received between November 15, 2026 and December 31st, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after December 31st, 2026
