Talks
Talks will be displayed from the main computer in the auditorium. The computer has a Windows 11 operating system and accepts files in Powerpoint and pdf format.
The auditorium has a HDMI connection, you can also directly present from your laptop. Attention, Macintosh computers are not compatible with our system.
Talks must be uploaded at the latest before the start of the session in which the talk is given to enable a smooth transition between speakers. The session chairs will check to ensure speakers have uploaded their talks before the session.
Keynote speaker talk is for 30 min and regular talk is for 20 min including questions. You can prepare accordingly. The auditorium has a HDMI connection, you can directly present from your laptop. Attention, Macintosh computers are not compatible with our system.
Posters
Posters will be displayed on panels on the first floor of ESRF. The standard size for posters is A0 in portait layout format (posters in landscape layout format will not fit on the poster boards!). Materials for fixing posters to the panels will be provided.
The poster sessions start on the first day of the conference therefore all posters must be displayed from the first day for the duration of the conference. Panels will be numbered with the poster numbers and title in the program, please hang your poster on the panel reserved for your poster.
