We have pre-booked 35 rooms at our onsite guesthouse
GUESTHOUSE GENERAL INFORMATION
- Breakfast will be served at the Guesthouse
- Lunch and dinner will be served at the canteen building
- Breakfast is served from 7h00 to 10h00. Opening of the restaurant for lunch service from 11h30 to 13h30 (and from 12h00 to 13h30 during the weekend), and for dinner service from 19h00 to 20h30
- From Monday to Friday, opening of the reception desk from 7h00 to 18h00. During weekends (and "bank" holidays), the Reception will be closed from noon (no opening in afternoons)
- Check-in is possible from 13:00 onwards, possibility to leave luggage in case of early arrival
- Checkout is requested before 12h00
- Outside these opening hours, please collect your room keys at EPN site entrance (accessible 7/7, 24/24)
The price per person per night, when paid by visitor:
- 57.84 euros /night/per person tax included
- 4.27 euros per person for breakfast tax included
Up to twenty ESUO delegates will have their rooms and breakfast paid for.
Invited guests will have their rooms and breakfast paid for.
