Site Access


EPN Campus site (map)

The site is a restricted area. Upon arrival, please report to the main entrance. You must present valid identification (Passport, ID Card, or Driver’s Licence only) to enter. You will be issued a site entrance badge, which you must show every time you re-enter the site.

 

Workshop


Venue - ESRF Central Building (Auditorium)

Welcome coffee & registration - from 08.30 in the Central Building entrance hall.  

On arrival, you willl be given a workshop badge. Please wear it at all times. Important: You will need to show this badge at the onsite restaurant till for all lunches.

WiFi network: You will be provided with a personal login for WiFi access.  Alternatively, you can connect via the following networks:

  1. EPN Visitors Network. Log in using your registered ESRF username (or email) and your ESRF user account password (in lowercase).
  2. Eduroam: Available for users with valid accounts from other Eduroam-compliant institutes.

Shops, banks and postal services can be found in Grenoble town centre. Please note that banks are closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Mondays.
