WP01

water needs scheduled according to different phases

SAT are mandatory to pay.
For the SAT need same water than for mod0 SAT.
we could take temporarily wter from modulator0. not impacting run test for linac section and only for SAT.
earthing for modulators (summer shutdown drill earth for modulators)
no BOC for phase 0

for earthing and for waveguides, start immediately or blocked.

see where to put pumping in waveguides

gun only chiller. no need for regulation (info from INFN)

any margin in these values?
usually margin taken from BIG group.

quality of the water for the modulator is the same as for SRE?
specifications sent to F.Favier.

modulator where will it be? TB will show drawings.

orientation for S-band given already. water coming from linac tunnel wall side.
for earthing, need to fix position.
for Cband, no need of an hole.
for Sband  we could use the hole in pinj. may need hole for laser.

QQ: concerning waveguides need CFT. always do CFT.

WP02

WP03

WP04

drawings
big stainless steel area to remove

not known how to connect the structures
how to manage stress thermal. huge likely

handling space for klystrons

water panel distribution

exchanger for BOC

space for cryosystem in pinj
boc and hybrid in tunnel, may be need to put BOC in Pinj

new hole could need lead and chicane.

hole not guaranteed to be in the exact position. could be that the hole moves if drilling not successfull.
easier to drill in the lower part than in the top one.

need space between wall and modulators. crane cannot operate up to the edges.

for SAT can use water from mod9, can also use elect?

yes, tbc but should be ok.

arround laser, need room, will move to make space.

what is the size of the free way? at least 80cm needed.
about 1m needed.

direction of modulator output should consider possibility to use it as spare.

add to drawing separation door as shown by B.Joly.

also possible CTRM somewhere.

could reduce fence, but take in account space to move in PSS gridded region.

in case of leack can isolate Solution A from SR
human mistake could impact the installation

Could add a leak detection system

Magnets water cooling from inside tunnel.

PS could need water cooling. ASK PSG (ACTION)

Will give an answer to WP 05 by next week.

WP09
linac PSS separation in march
radiation monitors installed

see how to connect modulators

Simulations started. first caavity as well. more news in next meeting in mid march.

any news for ASNR authorization? Blocked by an XRay generator. vlocked until solution found.
Can do test time to time with new modulator. CAN BE DONE. not in operation, but can do test of hardware and software.
P.Colomp: THIS IS PERMITTED.
shielding of modulator 0? need shield wall and close to klystron.
How much more space needed? M.Morati knows the details.
Ready to shield the second one as well.

WP10
magnets
pre-design of magnets following request.
quadrupoles will be aircooled, thin but larger radius.
dipole longer than expected (~1m).

when there will be info about vacuum chamber in the dipole?

Soon can start design.

straight magnet.

beam pipe from structures. This h as been asked, not before April

smaller part of chambers close to cavities.
