Regular participant: €150.00 (inc. VAT)
Student: €75.00 (inc. VAT)
The registration fee covers coffee breaks, one lunch and dinner. Registration is only valid once full payment of the fee has been made.
Payment of the fee can be made at the end of the registration process:
- click on "Checkout" to access a secure online payment system by CREDIT CARD (Visa, CB and MasterCard) OR
- by BANK TRANSFER
The ESRF's bank details for payment by bank transfer (in Euros) are shown below. The following information should be included on your bank transfer:
- Name of the event: Insertion Device Workshop 2026
- Your registration ID reference: #
- Your LAST NAME
The reference of the payment should appear as follows: "Insertion Device Workshop 2026 - your registration ID reference - Your LAST NAME".
All charges incurred must be paid by the participants.
Important: If the bank transfer is subject to the submission of an invoice, please make sure your Institute sends the order to id26-loc@esrf.fr with the following information:
- Name of the paying Institute / Organisation
- Address where the invoice should be sent
- Name of participant(s) concerned
- Amount of registration fees (N.B.: all registration fees mentioned are VAT inclusive)
- Subject of the order
- VAT number
Please also send a copy of the bank transfer to id26-loc@esrf.fr and bring a copy to the workshop as proof of payment.
