Description

This two-day on-site meeting at ESRF (28–29 Aug 2025) will align the consortium on the INFRAEOSC-01-01-2025 objectives and lock the project storyline for the PaN EOSC Node. We will finalize the Excellence narrative (objectives & ambition), confirm cross-WP interfaces (AAI, metadata/catalogues, VISA/CVMFS, training, dissemination), and agree on governance and cascade-funding processes. By the end, we aim to leave with a near-final work plan, deliverables and milestones (with schedule and owners), a consolidated budget, a KPI & monitoring framework, a risk/ethics/GDPR checklist, and a dissemination/training calendar. We will also assign writing owners, resolve open issues, and set the internal review timeline to submission.
