**** IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ESRF TRAVEL CONTRIBUTION ****
The ESRF will cover your travel expenses. This submission is compulsory, whether you or the ESRF travel office organises your trip.
As a result, we invite you to submit an electronic travel request via the ESRF travel application (namely SAP Concur, https://eu1.concursolutions.com/). Please note that the access to the travel application is only possible on the day following your event's registration (unless you have used SAP Concur in the last 6 months).
Please be aware that the ESRF travel application uses your User Portal account information when booking the tickets, so please make sure that your Family Name and First Name in the User Portal match with the information on your PASSPORT. If you do not have an ESRF account, please follow this link to create one, instructions are specified here.
The submission of a travel request applies irrespective of how you plan to travel (plane, train, car) and irrespective of whether you will book your travel yourself or through the ESRF. Note that the cost of the travel tickets booked via the ESRF travel application will be directly charged to the ESRF's account, therefore avoiding the need to submit a reimbursement claim later.
At the end of the event, if you have travel expenses to be reimbursed, we strongly recommend you to create and submit your reimbursement claim through the SAP Concur application from the previously approved travel request (to get several fields automatically filled-out). Otherwise, please close your travel request.

(You will only have access to SAP the day following your registration)
- Sign In field : Please enter your User Portal username followed by @esrf.fr
- Click on "Sign In with Concur SSO" and enter your User Portal username only and personal password
- For your first booking on-line you will be asked to approve the GBT Privacy Statement. Select "I understand" and SAVE
