meet in 6month from now to discuss on Python/Matlab ML how to proceeed how to contribute to the project. discuss priority, how to progress. zoom or in person for 1-2 days. 

how to organise the community for Middle layer project. Working group meeting. Smaller groups to prepare for the next iteration and prepare a complete draft proposal.

First meeting could be in zoom, then in person. 

At Diamond year in industry program was very useful. funding wise. Drawback, early in career. 

write down a strategic road map. collaborative, ambitious, coming from the community. 

meet beweekly on subtopics before gathering with larger group.
