LN2 ALGE meeting

 

The day before going in calibration bench laboratory call ALGE. 

 

Covering of calibration bench needed. Could use calibration bench

 

LN2 pipe will go as high to avoid installation, as low to minimize path. 

 

Shutdown activités organization with ALGE. 

 

Protection Woden structure with plastic to be designed by BIG.

If there are any visits or inspections to the calibration bench, and whenever the works are scheduled:

1. Any visitors to the calibration bench must be accompanied by a Survey and Alignment group member - the simplest person to contact is Laurent (2576) or Jeremy (2149), and Cristina (2773).
2. For any works, we must be informed weeks in advance so that we can prepare the intervention on our side, and so the intervention doesn't interfere with our own activities. As a rule of thumb, it is best not to plan interventions in the two weeks preceding the shutdowns.
3. During any works the calibration bench must be fully protected. It is laboratory.
