 oung Scientists Day Out\n on 19 May 2026 at Le Ponton\n \nThis meeting\,
  designed for the ESRF’s PhD and PostDoc community\, will provide a valu
 able opportunity to explore the needs of early-career scientists and to id
 entify possible actions in terms of training\, support\, motivation\, soft
  skills\, communication\, and networking. It will also be a space for us t
 o connect as a community: welcoming newcomers\, sharing expectations\, and
  discussing the issues that matter most to us.\nThe outcomes of these disc
 ussions will be presented directly to management\, and the Young Scientist
 s Committee will work throughout the year to follow up on and address the
