Young Scientists Day Out

This meeting, designed for the ESRF’s PhD and PostDoc community, will provide a valuable opportunity to explore the needs of early-career scientists and to identify possible actions in terms of training, support, motivation, soft skills, communication, and networking. It will also be a space for us to connect as a community: welcoming newcomers, sharing expectations, and discussing the issues that matter most to us.

The outcomes of these discussions will be presented directly to management, and the Young Scientists Committee will work throughout the year to follow up on and address the points raised.

This event will take place at Le Ponton (on the other side of Oxford Bridge)
