Join us as an exhibitor at the Industry Meets ESRF event and showcase your products and services directly to leaders in the industry and scientific community.
The exhibition will be staged in the central exhibition area of our Mezzanine, offering high visibility and direct engagement with event participants.
Exhibition package:
- 300 euros
The cost includes:
- Registration for one person: Access to all event sessions, beamline tours, and social events.
- Exhibition Space: Each exhibitor will be provided with one table, two chairs, power strip and access to Wi-Fi.
- Display Panel: An AO panel for displaying promotional materials or information (available upon request).
- Central Location: All coffee breaks and networking events will be held near the exhibition area to maximize interaction opportunities.

Please note that exhibitors are required to set up their materials on Monday, 16 June in the morning and to remove them by the end of the event on Tuesday, 17 June.
