General Information on Registration
Exhibition booth
The space available per exhibiting company is either roughly 6m2 for a booth with a table of 1.80m long or roughly 4m2 for a booth with a table of 1.20m long. The booth includes 2 chairs, and up to 2 poster panels of 90cm by 120cm each (if requested in your registration form).
Set-up time for your stand starts on Monday 10th February at 16h00 (optional) or on Tuesday, February 11th at 08h00. Dismantling must take place on Wednesday ,February 12th, before 11h00.
Fees
The exhibition booth for Tuesday, February 11th all day costs either 1000€ for a 1.80m table or 850€ for a 1.20m table. A registration fee of 160€ will be charged per person representing the company. These fees entitle you to attend: the buffet dinner on Monday evening, the plenary session on Tuesday and covers: lunches, coffee and refreshments and the User Meeting dinner on Tuesday evening. All fees are VAT inclusive.
Additional person on the booth
A registration fee of 160€ is requested for each additional person. Attention, please make sure to fill in the requested information on the registration page otherwise the person will not be able to enter the ESRF site.
Payment
Fees have to be paid by 2nd December 2024 at the latest. Companies who have not paid their fees before the beginning of the event will not be allowed to exhibit.
